AussieBound is an independent educational tool designed to assist candidates in preparing for the Australian Citizenship Test. AussieBound is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the Australian Department of Home Affairs or the Australian Government. The practice questions provided are based on publicly available resource materials ('Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond'). Passing practice sessions on AussieBound does not guarantee passing the official government test.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access AussieBound solely for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the application structure, source code, or proprietary UI components without explicit written permission.
When you create an account on AussieBound, you agree to provide accurate registration details. Account synchronization features enable your practice scores, streak counts, and mistake questions to sync securely across supported devices. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
All software code, graphic interfaces, design assets, and compiled question databases powering AussieBound remain the intellectual property of AussieBound. Australian citizenship study topics and emblem references remain the property of their respective copyright holders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AussieBound shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including any discrepancies between practice materials and official test updates.
